Clear aligners
Multi-layer material, designed in Germany. Thermoformed at 8-10 bar with print layers of 70 micron.
The difference is in the material
Our aligners are multi-layer and designed in Germany. The material is thermoformed at 8 to 10 bar and the models are printed in layers of 70 micron. Together those two figures determine how closely the aligner fits, and therefore how predictably the movement runs.
The multi-layer material holds its force for longer than seven days. Where single-layer aligners slacken after a few days, the pressure here stays constant across the full wear period of the set.
What that means for your practice:
- Refinement rate of 15.8%, well below the market average
- 40% lower initial forces than conventional material
- Force retention beyond seven days
- Every case as a complete package including all accessories, ready to hand over
- Less rework and fewer unplanned chair hours
Who it is for
For any dentist or orthodontist offering aligners, or looking to start.
Your patients live with them every day: at work, in meetings, in photos. Crystal clear and removable, without brackets or wires. The lower initial forces make every new set more comfortable, and comfort is what determines wear time. Whether you run one case a month or a full aligner practice, the material, the turnaround and the guidance stay the same.
How it works
1. Production starts after case approval
Every set is made to measure according to the approved plan.
2. Maximum 10 business days production and delivery time
Counted from your approval.
3. Practice delivery only
Every case arrives as a complete package including all accessories, ready to hand over. We never deliver straight to the patient.
4. Your patient starts
Each set is worn for roughly one to two weeks, 20 to 22 hours a day.

Frequently asked questions
Why multi-layer material?
It holds its force for longer than seven days, so the pressure stays constant across the full wear period of a set.
What does a refinement rate of 15.8% mean?
That is the share of treatments needing extra aligners. Our figure sits well below the market average, which means less rework and fewer additional appointments.
Are the accessories included?
Yes. Every case is delivered as a complete package including all accessories: case, chewies, IPR strips, a file, a remover, the lab report and instructions. There is nothing to order separately.
How quickly do the aligners reach my practice?
Production starts after case approval. From then on a maximum production and delivery time of 10 business days applies. We deliver to the practice only, never straight to the patient.
